I’m Stephanie (she/her), a nonprofit leader, firecracker, and truth-teller. I bring an attitude of candor and optimism, and I specialise in achieving clarity amidst complex, entrenched difficulties. I’ll harness the vision and drive within your teams and amplify that, and I’ll help you develop the leaders-in-waiting around you to unlock the abundance and potential within your organization.

Millennial Managers

As more and more millennials (ages 28-43 ish) step into leadership roles, you’ve likely found there’s a lack of training, guidance, and feedback about the actual work of managing people.

I’m asking new leaders to join me on Zoom for an informal Community of Practice to connect with other young/er managers who are experiencing leadership and organizational challenges - let’s build the workplaces we want to work in for the future!

This is a fluid project still in the idea stage - I want to hear what you want, and how this can become a thriving resource for new leaders.

My life and work takes place on the unceded, stolen lands of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations. I advance the cause of reconciliation by naming and disrupting colonial assumptions and practices in nonprofit workplaces, and I take responsibility for my continual growth and reflection.
